Government Services Administration had a building for sale in the Chelsea area of Manhattan. The budget allowed only one marketing piece to be produced to sell the property. The building needed lots of work. So our theme to sell the building: "location location location!" We explored the area on our photoshoot. Chelsea provides good restaurants, parks, Chelsea Piers, the Chelsea Hotel... everything for corporations, families, and eccentric characters.
A C C O M P L I S H M E N T : By helping GSA reposition how they marketed their building, they doubled the sales price from $20 million to $40 million.
